The State of Texas, County of Harris. I, Louis Beck, owner of the land shown on above
plat, being the Northern portion of Lot No. Twenty-six (26), in the W. B. Lowrance Subdivision
of the Johnson -Hunter and TLIliam P. Harris League, situated in Harris County, Texas, according
to map or plat of said subdivision recorded in vol. 93, pages 596, and 579, of Deed Records of
Harris County, Texas, herein referred to and made part hereof, do hereby subdivide said
Northern portion of said Lot No. 26, into Blocks and Lots, according to the foregoing attached
plat thereof, the same being Beck's Addition to Oakhurst Addition, as it adjoins Oakhurst Addi-
