Right -of -Nay and the Galveaton Bay, hereby dedicate the streets and alleys thereon shown to
I the public for it's use for ordinary passage and. traffic; I, however, hereby reserving to
myself the fee of said rights hereinbefore granted for ordinary foot, team and motor traffic,
and especially reserving tha right to erect any poles for telephones or telegraph service, and !
for the laying of any wirea under ground or above ground and of any pipes.
