said 2.1373 acres being all of Lots 1 thru 4, 9 thru 16, and Lots 17 thru 32, and
that portion of the 16 feet wide alley contained in theses bounds; said 2.1373 Acre

BEGINNING at a 5/8" iron rod with cap set for the Northeast corner of said

THENCE, South, coincident with the West right-of-way line of North 8th
