METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION
Being a 1.954 acre tract of land being all of Lots 1 thru 4 and a portion of Lots 5 thru 8, Block 143, and all
of Lots 28 thru 32 and a portion of lots 25 thru 27 Block 144, and the inclusive abandoned portion of "F"
Street and 11th Street all in the Townsite of LaPorte as perthe map or platthereof recorded in Volume
58 Page 460 of the Harris County Deed Records, said 1.954 acre tract being more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows.
Beginning at a 5/8" Iron rod set at the Southeast corner of Lot 16 of Block 122 of said Townsite of La
Porte and being in the west right-of-way line of State Highway No. 146;
Said 1.9545 acre parcel being more fully described as follows:
THENCE S 03e02'09" E a distance of 180.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE S 86e57'51" W a distance of 0.76 feet to a point for comer;
THENCE S O4e37'10" W a distance of 100.90 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE S 86e57'51" W a distance of 261.75 feet to a point for corner,
Thence, along a non -tangent curve to the right having a radius of 335.70 feet, the long chord of which
bears N 33e22'42" W for a distance of 67.39 feet, for an arc length of 67.51 feet to a point;
THENCE N 03"02'09" W a distance of 221.84 feet to a point for corner,
THENCE N 86°57'51" E a distance of 310.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
