1. SIDEWALKS SHALL BE PLACED WITHIN THE R.O.W. AT THE TIME OF HOUSE CONSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY OF LA PORTE
ORDINANCES AND SPECIFICATIONS.
2. THIS PROPERTY LIES WHOLLY WITHIN THE LA PORTE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT.
3. ALL DRAINAGE EASEMENTS SHALL BE FOR DRAINAGE ONLY AND UNOBSTRUCTED.
