COMMENCING at a" 5/8 inch iron rod in concrete found at the intersection of the Westerly
right—of—way line of Eighth Street (80 foot right—of—way) and the Northerly right—of—way line
of West G Street (60 foot right—of—way), for the Southeasterly corner of that certain called
Restricted Reserve "A" of Miarsa One, a subdivision as shown on map or plat recorded under
Film Code Number 572207 of the Map Records of Harris County, Texas;
Thence, S 86'54'18" W, along the Northerly right—of—way line of said West G Street, a
distance of 200.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod found for the Southwesterly corner of said
Restricted Reserve "A", the Southeasterly corner of said 1.2658 acre tract and the POINT OF
BEGINNING of the herein described tract of land;
Thence, S 86'54'18" W, continuing along the Northerly right—of—way line of said West G
Street, a distance of 251.00 feet to a 3/4 inch iron rod with cap set at the intersection
with the Easterly right—of—way line of State Highway 146 (variable width right—of—way);
Thence, N 03'05'42" W, along the Easterly right—of—way line of said State Highway 146, a
distance of 220.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod found for the most Westerly Southwest
corner of said Restricted Reserve "A";

We, Lo Porte Lodging Hospitality, LLC, a Texas limited
liability company, acting by and through Jagdish M. Patel,
President, being officers of La Porte Lodging Hospitality, LLC, a
Texas limited liability company, Owners, hereinafter referred to as
Owners of the 1.2658 acre tract described in the above and
foregoing map of FAIRFIELD INN ADDITION, do hereby make and
establish said subdivision of said property according to all lines,
dedications, restrictions, and notations on said maps or plat and
hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever, all streets
(except those streets designated as private streets), alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places shown thereon
for the purposes and considerations therein expressed; and do
hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, successors and assigns to
warrant and forever defend the title on the land so dedicated.
FURTHER, Owners have dedicated and by these presents do
dedicate to the use of the public for public utility purpose forever
on unobstructed aerial easement five (5) feet in width from a
plane twenty (20) feet above the ground level upward, located
adjacent to all common use public utility easements shown
hereon.
FURTHER, Owners hereby certify that this replat does not
attempt to alter, amend, or remove any covenants or restrictions;
we further certify that no portion of the proposed area to be
replotted is limited by deed restriction to residential use for not
more than two (2) residential units per lot.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the La Porte Lodging Hospitality,
LLC, a Texas limited liability company, has caused these presents
to be signed by Jagdish M. Patel, its President, thereunto
