SITE PLAN NOTES:
1. PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS ARE BEING PLACED ON EXISTING IMPERVIOUS SURFACES.
NO DETENTION STORAGE IS REQUIRED OR PROPOSED.
2. PROPOSED PAVING IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE CONSTRUCTED OF ASPHALT IN ACCORDANCE
WITH RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE GEOTECHNICAL REPORT. PAVING GRADES WILL CONFORM
TO THE EXISTING SITE CONTOURS, WITH STORM RUNOFF CONTINUING TO SHEET FLOW
IN COMFORMANCE WITH THE EXISTING DRAINAGE PATTERN.
3. NO NEW UTILITY SERVICES OR EXTENTIONS ARE PROPOSED, ALL UTILITY REQUIREMENTS
FOR THE PROPOSED ROOFED ADDITION(S) WILL BE SUPPLIED THROUGH THE EXISTING
BUILDING SERVICES AND CONNECTED INTERNALLY. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT ONLY THE
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WILL BE EXTENDED. WITH WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITIES
REMAINING WITHIN THE EXISTING BUILDING.
4.THERE ARE NO EXISTING OR PROPOSED SIDEWALKS ALONG THE FAIRMONT PARKWAY
RIGHT-OF-WAY. EXISTING INTERIOR WALKS ARE FOR PARKING ACCESS ONLY.
5. EXISTING REFUSE DUMPSTER IS PORTABLE AND SHALL BE LOCATED BEHIND THE PROPOSED
SCREEN / ACCESS CONTROL FENCING.
6. EXISTING SITE CLEANOUT IS LOCATED WITHIN THE EXISTING ASPHALT PAVED AREA
BETWEEN THE FRONT OF THE EXISTING BUILDING AND FAIRMONT PARKWAY.
7. NO NEW DRIVEWAYS OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXISTING DRIVEWAYS ARE PROPOSED.
