MEETS AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION
BEING a 2.511 Acre Tract of land out of a 159.504 Acre Tract of
land, designated as Tract 1 on a plat of various tracts near
Fairmont Park Subdivision as surveyed by Shaner, Ricks and
Cherry, dated October and November 1973, located in the N.M.
Jones Survey, A-482, LaPorte, Harris County, Texas; said 2.511
Acre Tract being more particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at the most Southerly Southwest corner of Crsskmont
Subdivision, Section One, according to the plat of record in
Volume 279, Page 145 of the Harris County Map Records;
THENCE East, contiguous with the South boundary line of Creektsont
Subdivision, Section One, a distance of 602.61 feet to the Nest
