Since this project is cost sensitive, please review your submitted Contractor Bid Foms and revise your estimate to reflect a more competitive estimate. List areas for real Value Engineering opportunities. You may delete the cost of the building permit and the labor to install owner supplied equipment. A Revised Contractor Bid Form Is attached. 2.
