Thank you for your request for additional information far the new proposed Value
Place Hotel in La Porte, TX. Please And below, Key's response to your questions:
1. Since this project is cost sensitive, please review your submitted Contractor Bid
Foms and revise your estimate to reflect a more competitive estimate. List
areas for real Value Engineering opportunities. You may delete the cost of the
building permit and the labor to install owner supplied equipment.
A Revised Contractor Bid Form Is attached.
2. Provide the estimate to install off -site utilities as described on CIO.
