Re: Change of Address —222 Bayshore Dr. to 226 Bayshore Dr.
Dear Sir or Madam:
Please be advised that the City of La Porte has authorized a change of address for the structure
located on Lots 19 & 20, Block 9, Sylvan Beach Subdivision (HCAD ID # 035-210-009-0019).
The structure's current address of 222 Bayshore Drive has been changed to 226 Bayshore Drive
in order to reconcile a conflict with an identical address located within La Porte's jurisdiction.
This change of address will improve the City's Police, Fire, and EMS Department's ability to
locate your property in the event of an emergency and will also avoid future conflicts in mail
delivery to your location.
The City of La Porte will notify all relevant public agencies, franchised utility companies and the
postal service of this change.
