<br />. i <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 869 <br /> <br />._.~- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($20,000.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE "LA PORTE UTILITY <br />DISTRICT SPECIAL ACCOUNT"~ AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE <br />HEREOF. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) <br /> <br />is hereby appropriated from the City of La Porte General Fund, <br /> <br />to a special account to be opened at one of the City's deposi- <br /> <br />tories and to be known as the "La Porte Utility District <br /> <br />Special Account." All expenditures from said special account <br /> <br />shall be approved by the City Commission. <br /> <br />e- <br /> <br />Section 2.
