<br />.. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 91S-N <br /> <br />." <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A PERMIT UNDER SECTION l8-A-3 OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 915, "PIPELINE TRANSPORTATION," BEING CHAPTER l8-A OF THE <br />CODE OF ORD1NANCES OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS; AND APPROVING <br />THE APPLICATION OF SOUTH TEXAS PIPELINE COMPANY, DATED MARCH 14, <br />1979, TO CONSTRUCT AN EIGHT-INCH ETHYLENE PIPELINE AND A SIX-INCH <br />PROPYLENE PIPELINE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Conwission of ,the City of La Porte has <br /> <br />received an application dated March 14, 1979, from South Texas <br /> <br />Pipeline Company, requesting a permit under Section l8-A-3 of <br />Ordinance No. 915, being Chapter l8-A of the Code of Ordinances <br /> <br />..,' <br />.' <br /> <br />of the City of La Porte, to construct an eight-inch ethylene <br /> <br />pipeline and a six-inch propylene pipeline crossing the City of <br />La Porte, all as shown on said application. The application of <br /> <br />South Texas Pipeline ,Company has been reviewed by the City's <br /> <br />Director of Public Works, who has found that said application <br /> <br />meets all requirements of said Ordinance No. 915, and has recom- <br /> <br />mended its approval. <br />Section 2.
