ORDINANCE NO. 9l5-R

AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A PERMIT UNDER SECTION l8-A-3 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 9l5, "PIPELINE TRANSPORTATION," BEING CHAPTER l8-A OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS; AND APPROVING
THE APPLICATION OF SEAGULL PRODUCTS PIPELINE COMPANY, TO CONSTRUCT
A SIX-INCH (6") PROPYLENE PIPELINE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE:
Section l. The City Council of the City of La Porte has
received an application dated October 4, 1982, from Seagull
Products Pipeline'Company, requesting a permit under Section
l8-A-3 of Ordinance No. 9l5, being Chapter l8-A of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of La Porte, to construct a six-inch (6")
nominal diameter propylene pipeline crossing the City of La Porte,
. all as shown on said application. The application of Seagull
Products Pipeline Company, has been reviewed by the City's
Director of Public Works, who has found that said application
meets all requirements of said Ordinance No. 915, and has recom-
mended its approval.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby
approves the application of Seagull Products Pipeline Company,
dated October 4, 1982, and this Ordinance shall constitute a
permit to Seagull Products Pipeline Company, to lay and construct
said pipeline within the City of La Porte, all in conformance

with the requirements of said Ordinance No. 915.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED, this 20th day of October, 1982.
