<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 915-AA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A PERMIT UNDER SECTION 18-a-3 OF ORDINANCE NO. <br />915, npIPELINE TRANSPORTATION," BEING CHAPTER 18-A OF THE CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, DATED NOVEMBER 25, 1975, <br />TO CONSTRUCT AN l2-INCH PIPE LINE FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF <br />ETHYLENEi AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAPORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of La Porte has <br />received an application dated September 21, 1988, from PHILLIPS PIPE <br />LINE COMPANY, requesting a permit under Section 18-A-3 of Ordinance <br /> <br />915, being Chapter l8-A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br /> <br />La Porte, to construct and operate its l2-inch pipe line for the <br />transportation of ethylene, crossing the City of La Porte, all as <br />shown on said application. The application of PHILLIPS PIPE LINE <br />COMPANY has been reviewed by the City's Director of Public Works, <br />who has found that said application meets all requirements of said <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 915, and has recommended its approval. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby <br /> <br />approves the applicaton of PHILLIPS PIPE LINE COMPANY, dated <br /> <br />September 21, 1988, and this Ordinance shall constitute a permit to <br /> <br />PHILLIPS PIPE LINE COMPANY to operate said pipe line within the City <br /> <br />of La Porte, all in conformance with the requirements of said <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 915. <br /> <br />Section 3.
