BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: Section 1. The City Commission of the City of La Porte hereby makes the following appointments to the City of La Porte Airport Commission, for the term beginning May 1, 1972, and ending April 30, 1974; provided, however, all appointees shall serve until their successors shall have been duly appointed and have qualified: Chairman: J. C. Spraggins Donald DuPont Member: .. Member: Robert Rogers Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval; and it is so ordained.
