() KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF HARRIS
BOY'S HARBOR, INC., a Texas corporation, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) Dash to BoIs
Harbor, Inc,, in hand paid by The City of La Porte, the receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed,
do hereby give and grant to the said City of La Porte, a{�_
municipal corporation of Harris County, Texas, the right to
construct and perpetually maintain water, sanitary sewer and
storm sewer lines and mains together with all necessary laterals
in, upon and across that certain strip of land out of the
Johnson Hunter League, Abstract 35, in Harris County, Texas,
being more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of
Block 51, Bayfront Addition to La Porte,
Harris County, Texas, according to the
Map thereof recorded in Volume 1, Page
27 of the Map Records of Harris County,
Texas;
THENCE, North 620 45' East, along the
South line of said Block 51, a distance
of 139 feet to the center of Bob's Gully;
THENCE, South 270 15' East, a distance
of 40 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE, South 620 45' West, 40 feet
distance from and parallel to the South
line of Block 51, a distance of 139
feet to a point for corner;
THENCE, North 270 15' West, a distance
of 40 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
Said easement being in and part of the
right-of-way of a street formerly
dedicated as South "D" Street, as
recorded on Page 27, Volume 1, of the
Map Records of Harris County, Texas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same perpetually to The City of La
Porte and its successors, together with the right and privilege
at any and all times to enter said premises, or any part
thereof, for the purposes of constructing, reconstructing and
maintaining said sewer and water lines and mains, and for
making connections therewith; all upon the condition that The

City of La Porte will at all times, after doing any work in
connection with the construction, reconstruction or repair of
said sewer or any lateral thereof, restore said premises to
the condition in which same were found before such work was
undertaken,

at the Southwest corner of Block 77,
Bayfront Addition to La Porte, Harris
County, Texas, according to the Map
thereof recorded in Volume 1, Page 27
of the Map Records of Harris County,
Texas;
THENCE, North 620 45' East, along the
South line of said Block 77, at 266
feet pass a 5/8" iron rod at the
Southeast corner of Block 77, a total
distance of 466 feet along said South
line of Block 77 and a projection of
the South line of said Block 77, to
the center line of Bob's Gully;
THENCE, South 270 15' East, a distance
of 40 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE, South 620 45' West, parallel
to and 40 feet distance from the
projection of the South line of Block
F. a distance of 466 feet to a point
for corner;
THENCE, North 270 15' West, a distance
of 40 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING;
