That I, G. W. CHRISTY, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Holler ($1.00) cash to me in hand paid by the City of Lomax, receipt of
arkdch is acknowledged, the further consideration of being allowed to con-
nect my premises with the sanitary sewer hereinafter described, a»3 the
further consideration of the benefits to be derived by me on"accotint of
the construction, reconstruction, aitd maintenance by the City of Louax,
Texas, of the said sanitary sewer in and through my certain premises here -
crafter described, do hereby give and grant to the said Cdty of Lomax,

struct, reconstruct, and perpetual�.y maintain a sanitary sewer line toget-
her with all necessary laterals in, upoh, and across:

as recorded in Volume 611 Page 374 of the Harris County Atap
Records, Barris County, Texas, in the Enoch Brinson Survey
Abstract No. A"5, this being more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows:
L+EGINNING in the southwest corner of said Outlot 411, said
corner being the intersection of the east right-o£-way line
of Underwood Road and the north right-of-way line of 4"L" Street;
TFLK%CE, North 900.00 feet following along the east right-of-way
line of Underwood Road to a point for corner, said point being
the northwest corner of Outiot 411 and the southwest corner of
Outlot 410;
PIMICE, East 10.00 feet to a point for corner, said point being
in the north property line of Outlot 411,
TiIuNCE, South 900.00 feet and parallel to. the east right-af-way
