I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of Morgan's
Point, Texas, do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 305 was
passed and approved by the City Council at a Regular Meeting
held on the 11th day of March, 1992; at which meeting a
majority of the City Council present voted in favor of the
Ordinance. I further certify that said meeting was properly
posted according to the law, prior to the date of the
meeting.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MORGAN'S
POINT:
' Section 1. The City Council of the City of Morgan's Point,
Texas, by passage of this Ordinance, hereby gives, grants, and
conveys to the City of La Porte, a municipal corporation, its
successors and assigns, a rail easement on, over, and across, the
western ten foot (10') residue of 9th Avenue, adjacent to Block 4?4,
Town of La Porte, and adjacent to the abandoned right-of-way of
former North "H" S.treet, in the City of Morgan's Point, Texas.
