KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
That we JOHN DEAN LAWLER and wife A LOU LAWLER and
ODILE HALLIE ROBERTS wife of LEE F ROBERTS all of Harris S u ty
Texas for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar 1 00
cash to us in hand paid by the CITY OF LA PORTE r ceipt of which I
is hereby acknowledged db hereby GIVE and GRANT to the said CITY
OF LA PORTE a municipal corporation of Harris County Texas the
right to construct reconstruct and perpetually maintain a resh
water line and a sanitary sewer line together with all necessary
laterals in upon and across the following described property
BEING an easement for the construction and maintenance
of a water line and sanitary sewer line out of Block 28
of the Nebraska Syndica e Subo ivision as recorded in L
Volume 83 at Page 345 of the Map Records of Harris County IJ
Texas and being out ofthat3 acre tract conveyed to
John tawler and Odile Hallie Roberts by Deed recorded
in Volume 5728 at Page 114 and Volume 3006 at Page 588
of the Deed Records of Harris County Texas and being
more particula ly described as follows
EASEMENT NO I
BEGINNING at a point in the West right of way line
of Eighth Street said point being North 162 00
feet from the Southeast corner of the aforementioned
Block 28 of the Nebraska Syndicate Subdivision
THENCE WeSt with t e South line of this easement
a distance of 517 0 feet to a point situated in
the East right of way line of State Highway 146
THENCE North with the West line of this easement
and the East right of way line of State Highway

doing any work in connection with the constructio reconstruc
