<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />1243 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING ALL OF THE ALLEY <br />IN BLOCK ELEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO (1122), IN THE TOWN OF <br />LA PORTE, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the said alley in Block Eleven Hundred Twenty- <br /> <br />two (1122) of the Town of La Porte has never been opened or <br /> <br />used as a public thoroughfare, and the public utilities now <br /> <br />making use of such alley have all given their written consent <br /> <br />for its closing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of La Porte has <br /> <br />determined and does hereby find, determine and declare that <br /> <br />the said alley is not suitable, needed, or beneficial to the <br /> <br />public as a public alley, and should be vacated, abandoned and <br /> <br />permanently closed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1. The alley located in Block Eleven Hundred <br /> <br />Twenty-two (1122) of the TOWN OF LA PORTE, Harris County, <br /> <br />Texas, is hereby permanently vacated, abandoned and closed by <br /> <br />the City of La Porte. <br /> <br />Section 2.
