AN ORDINANCE MAKING APPOINT~1ENTS TO THE CITY OF LA PORTE
ELECTRICAL BOARD, FOR THE TEID1 ~mY I, 1980 UNTIL APRIL 30,
1982; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE:
Section I. The City Commission of the City of LCl. Porte
hereby makes the following appointments to the City of La Porte
Electrical Board, for the term beginning May 1, 1980, and ending
April 30, 1982; provided, however, all appointees shall serve
until their successors shall have been duly appointed and have
qualified:

Position 1. Electrical Engineer Public Utility
WALTER GERNAND
Position 2. Member of City Commission
J. J. MEZA
Position 3. Master Electrician
H. P. PFRTFFF.R
Position 4. Master Electrician
OLIVER CORDES
Position 5. City Attorney
KNOX ASKINS
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
e force from and after its passage and approval, and it is so
ordained.
