<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1189 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A PERMIT TO FRANK MOHN HOUSTON, INC. , <br />FOR A FIFTEEN FOOT (IS') WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT ACROSS THE <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY OF WEST "c" STREET, ADJACENT TO THE WEST FIFTEEN <br />FEET (W.15') OF LOT ONE (I), BLOCK SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN <br />(787), AND LOT SIXTEEN (16), BLOCK SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO (762), <br />TOWN OF LA PORTE, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING THE TERMS <br />OF SUCH PERMIT AND EASEMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE <br />HEREOF. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Commission of the City of La Porte has <br /> <br />received an application dated December 17, 1979, from Frank Mohn <br /> <br />Houston, Inco, requesting a permit to construct a 12 KV electric <br /> <br />line under the west fifteen feet (W.15') of the right-of-way of <br /> <br />West "C" Street, lying and being adjacent to the west fifteen <br /> <br />feet (W.15') of Lot One (1), Block Seven Hundred Eighty-seven <br />(787), and also Lot Sixteen (16), Block Seven Hundred Sixty-two, <br /> <br />all in the Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Commission of the City of La Porte <br /> <br />hereby approves the application of Frank Mohn Houston, Inc., <br /> <br />dated December 17, 19 79, and this Ord inance shall consti tute a <br /> <br />permit and easement to Frank Mohn Houston, Inc., to lay and con- <br /> <br />struct, and maintain a 12 KV electric line within said easement, <br /> <br />all in conformity with the ordinances of the City of La Porte, <br /> <br />and in conformity with the plans and specifications shown as <br /> <br />attached to said application. <br /> <br />Section 3. Nothing in this Ordinance shall be construed <br /> <br />as permitting or authorizing Frank Mohn Houston, Inc., to sell <br /> <br />or deliver electric power to any other person, firm, or corpor- <br />ation. It is understood that the purpose of this easement is to <br /> <br />provide electrical inter-connection between properties owned by <br /> <br />Frank Mohn Houston, Inc., which are connected by said easement, <br /> <br />to facilitate electric service to applicant's said properties, <br /> <br />and not otherwise. <br />
