AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAIrn OF CREST LANE, ALSO KNOWN AS
NORTH IIFIl STREET, A PUBLIC STREET IN THE CITY OF LA PORTE,
TO BARBOUR'S CUT BOULEVARD; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO~1ISSION OF TaE CITY OF LA PORTE:
Section 1. The name of Crest Lane, also known as North
IlFIl Street, a public street within the corporate limits of
the City of La Porte, is hereby changed to Barbour's Cut
Boulevard, and said public street shall be known as Barbour's
Cut Boulevard from and after the effective date of this
ordinance.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon
the effective date of a like ordinance to be passed by the
City Council of the City of Morgan's Point, Texas, changing
the name of said street to Barbour's Cut Boulevard.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of October, 1977.
