The request, submitted by Mr, David Boothe, seeks approval to develop a mini-storage warehouse to be located at 2915 North 23rd Street south of the Public Works facility of the City of La Porte, Mini-Storage warehousing (SIC #4225) per the Code of Ordinances is classified as a Conditional Use in General Commercial (GC) zones.
