Failure to begin construction within one (1) year after issuance or as scheduled under the tenns of a special conditional use pennit shall void the pennit as approved, except upon an extension of time granted after application to the Planning and Zoning Commission. The request, submitted by Mr, David Boothe, seeks approval to develop a mini-storage warehouse to be located at 2915 North 23rd Street south of the Public Works facility of the City of La Porte, Mini-Storage warehousing (SIC #4225) per the Code of Ordinances is classified as a Conditional Use in General Commercial (GC) zones.
