<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the city Council of the City of La ~orte
<br />mthat vagrancy shall be defined as follows:

<br />The following persons are and shall be punished as vagrants,
<br />
<br />viz:
<br />
<br />(a) Persons knovm as trampe, wandering or strolling about in
<br />idleness, who are able to work ~.nd have no property to support them.
<br />(b) Persons leading an idle, immoral or profligate life, who
<br />have no prop&.rty to support them, WhO are able ;0 work and do not work.
<br />(c), All persons oble to work, have no property to support them,' ,I

<br />livelihood. The term "visible or known means of !ii, fair, honest and re-
