BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION" OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, THAT: Section I. lh~re is hereby created a Board to be designated "City , . , of La Por'te AirportCommis'sion".herein sometimes referred to as the Airport Commission} for the :purpose of promoting the 'development of the Municipal Airpor t and the efficient operation thereof. and obtaining and enlarging commercial air- line carriage int,oand Hom the City 'of La Porte. The Airport Commission shall ~ consist of three (3) members, appOinted by the City Commission of the City of r , . , I La Porte. I Section 2.
