<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-1 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR A <br />GRANT UNDER PUBLIC LAW 92-500; TO SIGN THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE <br />GRANT, WHEN MAKE; AND TO SIGN ANY OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS <br />REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF <br />LA PORTE. <br /> <br />t~EREAS, the City of La Porte, Texas, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation, deems it necessary and proper to apply for a <br /> <br />federal grant under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act <br /> <br />Amendments of 1972, Public Law 92-500, and the rules and <br /> <br />regulations pursuant thereto: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission <br />of the City of La Porte that J. J. neza, Mayor, or his <br /> <br />successor, is hereby authorized and directed to make application <br /> <br />for a grant under Public Law 92-500 and the rules and regulations <br /> <br />pursuant thereto, and to sign the acceptance of the grant, when <br /> <br />made, and any other necessary documents required to complete the <br /> <br />project on behalf of the above named applicant. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED, this 17th day of January, 1977. <br /> <br />CITY OF LA PORTE <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-~Y ~~ <br /> <br />J.
