All agenda items are subject to action. The Board of <br /> the La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District reserves the right <br /> to meet in a closed session on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant <br /> to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code. <br /> 1. Call to Order <br /> 2. Approve minutes of La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services Board of <br /> Directors Public Hearing, held on February 13, 2018. <br /> 3. Open Public Hearing to consider a budget for the fiscal year which begins October 1, 2018. <br /> a. Staff presentation; <br /> b. Comments by members of the public; <br /> c. Questions by Board members; and <br /> d. Close Public Hearing <br /> 4. Consider approval or other actions on the proposed budget for the fiscal year which begins <br /> October 1, 2018. <br /> 5.
