D510146 JAN-Z8-7Z 8 l.J 6 7 4 1 0 510146 lST B PO UTILITY EASEMENT STATE OF TEXAS S S COUNTY OF HARRIS S KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That JOHNSON-LOGGINS, INC., a corporation acting herein by and through its duly authorized officers, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash to me in hand paid by the City of LaPorte, receipt of which is acknowledged, the further consideration of being allowed to connect our premises with the sanitary sewer hereinafter described, at the City's then normal tap charge, and the further consideration of the benefits to be derived by me on account of the construction, reconstruction and maintenance by the City of LaPorte of the said sanitary sewer in and through my certain premises hereinafter described, do hereby give and grant to the said City of LaPorte, a municipal corpora- , . tion of Harris County, Texas, the right to construct, reconstruct and perpetually maintain a sanitary sewer line together with all necessary la,terals in, upon and across: rhat certain 2.0047 acre tract of land, being a part of Sylvan Beach First Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 3, at Page 72 of the Map Records of Harris County, Texas, Johnson Hunter League, A-35, Harris County, Texas, lying between the South lines of Block 7 and 8 on the North, and Little Cedar Bayou on the South, Galveston Bay on the East, and Park Avenue on the West, and being that certain Tract No.1, as conveyed to watson's Bay, Inc., by W. s. Crawford, Jr., by Deed as recorded in Volume 6959 at Page 568 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas, dated October 11, 1967, said easement being described as follows: COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of Block 7, Sylvan Beach First Subdivision, as recorded, said point being also the Southwest corner of Lot 10, of Said Block 7, a 3/4" iron pipe found; THENCE S 250 28' 19~ W, along the East line of Grandview Avenue, a distance of 35.08 feet to the intersection of the East line of Grandview Avenue with the South line of Cedar Avenue, a 5/8" iron rod for corner; said point being the point of Beginning; ~; 3.50 Lv t.D I <-.u r-v I to -." w /)./
