The City Council reserves the right to meet in a closed <br />session on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to authorization by <br />Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code. <br />The Public Hearing for the proposed 2011-2012 Fiscal Year Budget will be held on <br />September 12, 2011, at 6:00 p.m. at which time the Mayor and City Council will receive public <br />input. <br />1.
