The Public Hearing for the proposed 2015-2016Fiscal <br />Year Budget will be held on September 14, 2015, at 6:00 p.m., at which time the Mayor and City <br />Council will receive public input. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />2. INVOCATION <br /> The invocation will be given by Brian Christen, La Porte Community Church. <br />3.
