Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, <br />for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />2. INVOCATION — The invocation will be given by Viktoria Gotting, St. John's Episcopal Church. <br />3. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ASSOCIATED ORDINANCES <br />(a) Public hearing to receive comments regarding the recommendation by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission to approve Special Conditional Use Permit #18-91000004 to allow for a <br />specialty trade contractor use to be located on a 0.22 acre tract of land described as Lots 3-5, <br />Block 789, Town of La Porte Subdivision in a GC zone; consider approval or other action <br />regarding an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Porte, Chapter 106 <br />"Zoning", by granting Special Conditional Use Permit #18-91000004, to allow for a specialty <br />trade contractor use to be located on a 0.22 acre tract of land described as Lots 3-5, Block <br />789, Town of La Porte Subdivision, in a GC zone - I.
