All agenda items are <br />subject to action. <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />2. INVOCATION — The invocation will be given by Father Gary Rickles, St. Mary's Catholic Church. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE — The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Councilmember Mike <br />Mosteit. <br />4.
