[Ray Mayo, Director of Public Works] (c) Award Bid 23001 'Rehabilitation of Sanitary Sewer Manholes' to National Works, Inc. for the base bid amount of $52,635.00 and Alternate Bid Item #3, in the amount of $36,000.00, for a total award of $88,635.00.
