e ~ <br />• • <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />MINUTES <br />September 12, 1995 <br />1. The meeting was called to order at 6:45 pm by Chairman Larry <br />Tucker. <br />MEMBER PRESENT: Chairman Larry Tucker, Secretary Steve <br />Gillett, Members Hector Villarreal and Cliff Hyde. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Vice Chairman John Ladd Member Deborah Rihn <br />and Mike Miller. <br />OTHER PRESENT: None. <br />2. The minutes of the August 8, 1995 meeting were read. Motion <br />was made by Cliff Hyde, seconded by Hector Villarreal, to <br />approve the minutes as presented. Motion was unanimous. <br />3. The Oath of Office was not administered, as John Ladd was <br />absent. <br />4. Discussion was resumed on the development of standards at the <br />Airport. Minor changes were suggested and incorporated in the <br />document. Comments from City Attorney Knox Askins were <br />discussed and incorporated. Motion was made by Cliff Hyde, <br />seconded by Hector Villarreal, to approve the Standard Minimum <br />Requirements for Airport Aeronautical Services at the La Porte <br />Municipal Airport, and forward to the Southwest Regional <br />Office of the FAA for review for thirty (30) days, with <br />submittal to the La Porte City Council after the review. <br />Motion was unanimous. <br />5. Motion was made to adjourn by Hector Villarreal, seconded by <br />Cliff Hyde.
