Committee to consider approval or other action of the Minutes of the Special Called Regular <br />Meeting of the City of La Porte Audit Committee held on October 1, 2002. <br />Motion was made b~Committee Member James Warren to approve the minutes as presented. A <br />second by Committee Member Howard Ebow.. The motion carried wianimously. <br />Ayes: Warren, Ebow and Engeeken <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: None <br />3. Committee to consider approval or other action of recommendations of tax resale property as <br />presented by Director of Finance Cynthia Alexander. <br />Chairperson Chuck Engelken requested they vote on each property individually. The Committee <br />agreed. <br />Councilmember James Warren questioned the procedure of selling these properties; does the City <br />attempt to recoup the delinquent taxes on the property. If there is more than one bidder for the <br />property, Tax Manager Kathy Powell explained the process. <br />A. Committee to consider approval or other action of offer from Vivian Serrano and Jose <br />Guiterrez for Lots 32-42 Block 25 Bayfront to La Porte. <br /> <br />
