Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 3:02 p.m. by Matt Hartleib <br />2. Member Roll Call <br />Present: Matt Hartleib, Matt Daeumer, Clark Askins, Milichael Dolby, Charles Montgomery and <br />Aaron Corrales <br />Absent: Martha Gillett, Julie Graham and Robert Eldridge <br />Others: Corby Alexander, Traci Leach, Lindsey Campuzano, Brent Weegar, Brian Wilson and <br />John Heerwagen <br />3. Consider approval of minutes from the October 24,2016 meeting <br />Matt Daeumer made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Clark Askins seconded. <br />All in favor; motion passed. <br />4. Discuss and take possible action regarding the RFP vendor process for medical, <br />pharmacy, vision, stop loss and medicare coverages. <br />Matt Daeumer made motion to recommend Aetna's medical and pharmacy proposal as -is with <br />no changes to the current plan design and to change the provider of Stop Loss to Partner <br />Re/SA Benefits. Michael Dolby seconded, All in favor; motion passed. <br />Matt Daeumer made motion to change the vision provider to Avesis. Charles Montgomery <br />seconded. All in favor; motion passed. <br />Matt Daeumer made motion to recommend continuation with Aetna Medicare Advantage. <br />Aaron Corrales. seconded. All in favor; motion passed. <br />5. Administrative Reports <br />None <br />6. Board Comments <br />Matt Daeumer requested quarterly meetings with the board and IPS Advisors. <br />7. Adjournment <br />The meeting was adjourned at 4:39PM. Michael Dolby made motion.
