M. <br />MEMBERS OF THE COl~1lTTEE PRESENT: Russell Shepherd, Jack Smith, Robert <br />White, Tommy Moser, W. A. Stabs, Jr., and Jack Lawler. <br />MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE ABSENT: L. R. Rigby. <br />OTHERS PRESENT: Mayor H. P. Pfeiffer, Commissioner Charles D. Boyle, <br />Commissioner H. Gould Crofoot, and City Clerk Marilyn Kelley. <br />PRESIDING: Mayor Pfeiffer. <br />+ + + <br />9. Mayor Pfeiffer stated that the City Commission feels that the <br />City Charter needs revising, and they appointed the Charter <br />Commission to study in detatl, and make recommendations for <br />possible amendments. <br />+ + + <br />2. Mr. Russell Shepherd was elected to serve a the Chairman of <br />the Commission. <br />+ + + <br />3. The Commission felt that they should meet each week, until they <br />have completed the study. The next meeting will be on Wednesday, <br />July 90, at 7:30 P.
