Alderman Sharp offered a motion seconded by Alderman Sandel Mr. Rafferty be instructed to advertise for bids for the sewer system. Bids to be opened Tuesday night August the 5ti Carried. Alderman Ruff offered a motion seconded by Alderman Sandel that the bids asked for include the water extension. Carried. Alderman Wall offered a motion seconded by Alderman Tolle that Mr. Rafferty be instructed to change the original specifications to read."
