<br />The meeting was called to order by Mavor A N McKay who announced the
<br />purpose of the meeting to be general.
<br />All members of the city council were present.
<br />A motion by Alderman Sandal seconded by Ald-
<br />erman Riff that the sale of the $70 j000r;00 sewer and $15 ,000 ,00
<br />water bonds be ratified was carried unanimously. Four enpiea of the
<br />order was presented to the council and signed by the Mayor,City Sao.
<br />rotary and R11 , of V? n A1darmaen. A copy of the order was retained by
<br />the secretary and spread upon the minutes.

<br />Alderman Ruff that the foregoing order be passed, and Upon the quest:b
<br />being called Aldermen Wall , Tolle , Ruff p Sandal and Sharp voted AYE
<br />and no one voted W6,
