Jno 5 Kiibler <br />representing 'the L~. Forte Ind. School Dist. requestix~ that the <br />city .deed to the School Dist. lots 1u to 12,17 tv 26 and 2y to <br />32 in Block 125 La Porte and cancel Gity taxes on 49 lots in <br />exchange for deeds from the School Dist. to the pity of La Porte <br />for lots 13 and 14 dock 44 La Porte, Lots 21 to 32 Block 158 <br />~ La Porte and cancellation of taxes by the School Dist on 6u <br />lots] This action being necessary o`vin~;; to the feat that both <br />City'and School Dist. hold Sheriff Deeds to the same tots. <br />Alderman Agee offered a motion seconded by Ald.
