<br />The City Secretary reported that City of La Porte Refunding; '?arrants,as fol-

<br />onie Benevolent Society of Fayetteville, Texas, had come in as called by the
<br />City and vrere paid on January 12,1937. The cancelled ~~arrants were presented
<br />to the Council. Motion by Ald. Ruff, second by Ald. Boyle that these 1iTar- '
<br />rants be turned over to the L•3ayor to be burned in the presence of at least
<br />tiro witnesses and that proper affidavit be Wade and filed in the offi~¢e of
<br />the City Secretary. Carried
