Hdw the Worthington Gamon Meter Co. and pipe account of ~1U1.90 to La Porte Hardware Co. had been paid. Transfer ~~totien by Ruff, second by Roark, That the sum of X500.00 be transfer- red from the Special ~'+ater Improvements Fund to the Special Fire Dept. Bldg. Fund, to be returned as soon as possible after January 1,191~1~ out of the General Fund.
