Box 1008, <br />to installation of a Diesel <br />for the City be placed on <br />Carried. <br />Petition The Mayor read a petition, signed by 11 property owners, <br />Garbage concerning the dumping of trash and garbage on the <br />sidewalks, streets and vacant lots in the City. The <br />Mayor appointed the Street and Alley Committee to in- <br />vestigate this complaint, and also the dumping of <br />garbage and trash on C Street between 2nd and 3rd. <br />Application The Secretary read an application for City Marshal from <br />City Marsh. Mr. J. E. Johnson. <br />~~~ Motion by Norris, second by Smith, that the Police Comm. <br />be appointed to investigate this application. <br />Carried. <br />
