D. <br />Burgin, with the following members and city officials present: Commissioners <br />L. R. Rigby ar~d Robert A;lThite, City Attorney Edward J. Cade, Ernest A. Knipp, <br />Special Counsel, and City Clerk J. E, P~Iuldoon. <br />This meeting was held to familiarize the newly elected Commission ti~rith the <br />status of pending litigat3.on in Cause No. 391,299, styled State of Texas, et a1, <br />vs. City of La Porte, et a1, and also their views on this matter. <br />After a lengthy discussion with Iar. E. A.
