D.Btmgin, <br />with the following members and city officials present: Commissioners L,. R. Rigby <br />and~H. P. Pfeiffer, Special Counsel Jno. S. Kiibler, and City Clerk Frank G, <br />Baker. <br />Also present were Mrs, Stabs and I~Zr. Oglby, reporters, aril Cdr. P~Iabry and. Mr, <br />Koermer, from Shell Oil Company. <br />Shell Oil Company bid X25.00 per acre, a total of X7,500.00 far a period of <br />three years on oil and gas lease at Airport. <br />I~.~Iotion by Rigby second by Pfeiffer, that City execute three year lease on <br />Airport property at X25.00 per acre for first year, as~d X5.00 per year bonus <br />for the remaining two years. <br />Carried, <br />Motion by Rigby, secondby Pfeiffer, that Ordinance No. 507, be adopted as read. <br />The caption of such adopted Ordinance reads as follows: <br />AN ORDINANCE CONFIR~9ING THE SALE OF AN OIL, GAS, AND I~Nr'~AL LEASE <br />TO SHELL OIL COD,~ANY AS1D AUTHORISING THE EXECUTION QF SUCH LEASE. <br />Carried, <br />Motion by Pfeifer, second by Rigby that Ordinance No, 508, be adopted <br />as read.
