Minutes of the regular meeting of February 15, 1965 <br />were read ar~d approved. <br />+ + + <br />2. Commissioner Osburn made a motion, seconded by <br />Commissioner Shepherd, that the resignation of <br />Clovis D. Mann, City Clerks be accepted as of <br />February 28, 1965. Motion carried. <br />See Exhibt No. 1 <br />+ + + <br />3. A motion was made .by Commissioner Osburn~ and seconded <br />by Commissioner Shepherds that Mrs. Marilyn Kelley be <br />appointed Temporary City Clerks with authori2ation to <br />sign checks. Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />~.. Commissioner Baker made a motions seconded by <br />Commissioner Shepherd, that the services of C. L. <br />Pitman, City Attorneys be terminated as of February <br />28, 1965. Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />5. A motion was made by Conanissioner Osburn and seconded <br />by Commissioner Bakery that Kiibler and Kiibler Law <br />Firm be appointed Special Legal Counsel for the City. <br />Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />
