Robertson and Mr. Corbit Thompson to <br />acquire the above mention lots to build a Sonic Drive-In restaurant. These <br />lots are zoned commercial but, or zoned against a drive-in restaurant and we <br />would like to get a variance from you to build and operate this facility. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Three things that might be a factor to you are. <br />(1) We do not plan to remove the trees at the rear of these lots. They will <br />help as a sound barrier. <br />(2) We will build a six (6) foot cedar fence across the back and as far do\~ <br />each side as the city ordiance will allow us. <br />(3) Sonic Drive-Ins do not sell any alcholic beverages at any of their locations. <br /> <br />I think you will find Sonic runs a very good operation and will be an asset to <br />your cOTIIDlunity.
