The called regular meeting of La Porte City Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Malone at 8:25 P.M. <br />Members of City Council Present: Mayor Norman Malone, <br />Councilpersons Delbert Walker, John Lloyd, Ed Matuszak, Betty <br />Waters, Lindsay Pfeiffer, Deotis Gay, B. Council <br />Consider <br />Consider <br />Consider <br />Consider <br />Consider <br />Consider <br />sanitary <br />considered a consent agenda as follows: <br />awarding bid for bank sand <br />awarding bid for solid waste frontload containers <br />awarding bid for street materials <br />awarding bid for parking lots <br />awarding bid for tractor <br />approving City participation in oversizing of <br />sewer extension to Block X37 <br />Mayor Malone stated that it had been requested to remove the <br />bid for bank sand and the bid for parking lots from the <br />consent agenda. <br />Motion was made ~ Cou~oil~erson Skelton to approve the <br />consent item s. to award a bid for solid waste frontload <br />containers award a bid or street materials, award a bid for <br />a tractor, and approve City Partic~ation in oversizing ~ <br />sanitary sewer extension to Bloc!< 4~7. Second by <br />Councilperson Waters. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />• <br /> <br />
