The meetinq was called to order by Mayor Pro Tea Bob <br />McLauqhlin at 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Members of city Council Present: Mayor Pro Tea Bob <br />MCLauqhlin, councilpersons Guy Sutherland, Bob Thrower, B. Don <br />Skelton <br /> <br />Members of City Council Absent: Mayor Norman Malone, <br />Councilpersons Mike Cooper, Alton Porter, Deotis Gay, Jerry <br />Clarke <br /> <br />Members of City Staff Present: ci ty Manager Bob Herrera, City <br />Attorney Knox ASkins, City Secretary Cherie Black, Assistant <br />City Manager John Joerns, Director of Parks and Recreation <br />Stan Sherwood, Planning Director Chuck Harrington, Building <br />Inspector Mark Lewis, Athletic Coordinator David Hyde, Senior <br />Services Superintendent Karen Beerman, Recreation <br />Superintendent Tim O'Connor <br /> <br />others Present: Brent Ryan; Donna Perkins; 19 citizens. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem McLaughlin announced that since there was not <br />a quorum of Council in attendance, the items on the agenda <br />requiring official action would not be addressed; however, <br />the remainder of the agenda would be dealt with. <br /> <br />2. The invocation was given by City Attorney Knox Askins. <br /> <br />3. Item 3 was not addressed at this time. <br /> <br />4. Mayor Pro Tem McLaughlin proclaimed the month of March as <br />"Youth Art Month. " Ms. Donna Perkins accepted the <br />proclamation. <br /> <br />5. There were no citizens wishing to address Council. <br /> <br />6. Mayor Pro Tem McLaughlin called the public hearing on <br />condemnation of dangerous buildings to order at 6:07 P.M. <br /> <br />Mark Lewis reviewed the list of dangerous buildings. <br /> <br />The following persons addressed Council regarding their <br />property listed on the roster of dangerous buildings: <br />
